At S&V New Horizons, LLC, we understand that housing is just the beginning. Our comprehensive approach addresses the root causes of homelessness and provides the tools necessary for long-term success. The populations we serve includes, but are not limited to: disabled & non-disabled veterans, re-entry citizens after incarceration, seniors 65+, persons with disabilities, those in sober living programs, low-income residents, individuals transitioning from homelessness, and other diverse populations. Our shared living model creates a supportive community environment where residents can rebuild their lives with dignity. We envision a world where every individual has access to a nurturing home and foster independence. S&V New Horizons, LLC operates as a non-medical shared living home, focused on creating supportive, secure, and all-inclusive living spaces for all. We do not provide medical care or personal care services.
